This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 17 Chapters, regulates Sanitary Licensing for Small-scale Rural Agroindustrial Establishment within the State, according to the provisions on small-scale industrial and agro sanitary inspection of animal products, established by Law No. 15,193 of 13 December 2013. It prescribes that are subject to the inspection and supervision provided for, the establishments dealing with animal products added with plant origin and mixed products, its by-products, and its raw materials. The inspection and monitoring cover, under the agro-industrial and health point of view, the reception, handling, processing, production, fractionation, storage, packaging, labeling, storage , shipping, transportation of any raw materials and animal products, added or not of plant products.
