This Decree enters into force on 21 March 2016.
Abstract

This Decree sets forth safety requirements with a view of ensuring radiation safety in the process of of collection and trade of waste metal. It shall be mandatory for state bodies, other organizations, natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs. Radiation safety control shall be performed at the moment of acceptance, formation, shipment and receipt of waste metal. Means of transport used for transportation of waste metal shall be also subject to radiation control. The Decree contains the report form of radiation safety control.
