Abstract

This Decree establishes that agro-industrial enterprises in the sphere of horticulture and viticulture shall be those processing and trading fruits, edible nuts and viticulture products grown and harvested by farmers and by the population. Founders of the aforesaid enterprises can be farming enterprises, agricultural enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and foreign investors.
