Abstract

This Decree establishes that agro-industrial enterprises in the sphere of horticulture and viticulture shall be those processing and trading fruits, edible nuts and viticulture products grown and harvested by farmers and by the population. Founders of the aforesaid enterprises can be farming enterprises, agricultural enterprises, individual entrepreneurs and foreign investors. Agro-industrial enterprises shall be set up by voluntary agreement between the founder members. Agro-industrial enterprises shall carry out the following tasks: (a) procurement, transportation, storage and processing of horticulture and viticulture products; (b) internal and international trade of horticulture and viticulture products; (c) marketing; and (d) cooperation and export.
