Abstract The aim of this Decree is to regulate the fishing, exploitation and protection of marine life, environment and wildlife. The present Decree is composed of 10 articles. Articles 1 and 2 specify the objectives and competencies of the Authority. Articles 3-9 deal with the management, composition, departments and internal organization of the Authority.
