This Decree enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Decree is to regulate the fishing, exploitation and protection of marine life, environment and wildlife. The present Decree is composed of 10 articles. Articles 1 and 2 specify the objectives and competencies of the Authority. Articles 3-9 deal with the management, composition, departments and internal organization of the Authority.
