Abstract: This Decree amends several parts of the Decree № 151 of 25 July 2018 on the adoption of the Rules of procedure of the Agricultural Academy (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 63/2018). Major changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (The budget of the Academy has the status of a budget of a first-level spending unit within the meaning of the Public Finance Act); main task and scopes (article 3); rules on administration duties (article 25-26).
