Abstract This Decree establishes the modalities of inspection of organisms subject to quarantine inspection by the officials of Chief state inspection on seed growing, quarantine and plant protection and the modalities of expropriation and return of organisms subject to quarantine inspection to exporting country. The scope of participation of state quarantine inspectors shall be to prevent undue delays and waits of means of transport containing organisms subject to quarantine inspection. Perishable commodities subject to quarantine inspection shall be subject to priority phytosanitary inspection. Import of organisms subject to quarantine inspection shall be authorized in the presence of foreign phytosanitary certificate issued by the exporting country. Full text Russian Website zakonby.net
