Abstract This Decree approves the Regulation on trade of edible rabbits. This Regulation (consisting of 5 chapters and 2 annexes) establishes sanitary procedures for fresh rabbit meat production and its placing on the market, including sanitary requirements for slaughterhouses (slaughtering methods, meat conservation, animal parts, sanitary authorizations, transport, etc.).
