This Decree enters into force one year after publication.
Abstract

This Decree approves the Regulation on trade of edible rabbits. This Regulation (consisting of 5 chapters and 2 annexes) establishes sanitary procedures for fresh rabbit meat production and its placing on the market, including sanitary requirements for slaughterhouses (slaughtering methods, meat conservation, animal parts, sanitary authorizations, transport, etc.). The Regulation is divided as follows: General provision (chap. 1); Slaughterhouses (chap. 2); Meat classification (chap. 3); Transport (chap. 4); Sanctions (chap. 5).
