Abstract This Decree, composed of 25 articles divided in six Chapters, defines the environmental protection measures to be adopted in oil activities. It provides environmental protection and management instruments, with particular regards to waste management and disposal plans, environmental impact assessment of oil activities, emergency and information procedures.
