Decree No. 38.803 establishing a Monitoring and Evaluation Commission to monitor and support the management of the Solid Waste Sorting and Commercialization of Recyclable Materials in the Federal District.

This Decree, consisting of 6 articles, establishes a Monitoring and Evaluation Commission to monitor and support the management of the Solid Waste Sorting and Commercialization of Recyclable Materials in the Federal District. It establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned Commission, entitled to: define policies and guidelines for the Solid Waste Sorting Centres and the Marketing Centre; mediate the interests of the stakeholders involved in the above mentioned centres; monitor and evaluate the services developed in these Centres; analyze and approve the Annual Management Report and the Monthly Performance Report of these Centres; and practice the necessary activities for the proper functioning of the Solid Waste Sorting Centres and the Marketing Centre.
