Abstract This Decree, composed of five articles, regulates the labelling of food containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs). In particular, it requires the provision, in food labels, of specific information on GMOs. Moreover, it institutes a dedicated Interministerial Commission for monitoring the implementation of the provisions set and for defining control procedures and methodologies.
