This Decree enters into force on 20 September 2005.
Abstract

This Decree is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 prohibits temporarily the importation of all species of wild aquatic birds, their products and their offal. Article 2 prohibits temporarily the importation from Asian countries of all species of wild aquatic birds, their products and their offal including ornamental birds. Article 3 defines requirements and certificates necessary for live poultry and products imported from Asian countries. Article 4 entrusts the Animal Wealth Department, in cooperation with the concerned authorities, with the implementation of this Decree.
