Abstract

This Decree concerns the admission of specified planting materials for forestry purposes by the Commission for the Composition of Plant Variety Lists for Forestry. This material, destined for trading purposes, shall be admitted if it is conform requirements and standards as laid down by Annexes II,III,IV and V of Council Directive 1999/105/EC on the marketing of forest reproductive material. There shall be national register for the registration of admitted varieties (art. 8). A national list of admitted varieties shall be composed by the Commission on the basis of the register in accordance with article 9.
