Trade at food markets shall be carried out by physical and legal persons of Kazakhstan and other states at specially equipped shopping stalls. Trading area shall be classified in: (a) area for trade of agricultural commodities; (b) area for trade of foodstuffs (meat, fish and dairy products separately); and (c) catering and laboratory service. Market land area shall be located at a distance of no less than 1.5 km from dumping place and cattle mortuary, and at a distance no less than 500 m from industrial enterprises and industrial storage facilities that can be sources of pollution.
