This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 8 articles and 2 Annexes, creates the port jurisdiction of the coastal area of Palma. It establishes the requirements, terms and conditions to be satisfied in order to create the above mentioned public maritime area, which includes coastal areas, river estuaries and all ports within the bays of: Túnguè and Mebuisi, between Vila de Palma and Ponta Afungui, including the islands of: Rongui, Comexi, Tecomagi and Cabo Delgado. The Annexes specify: geographical map, coordinates and enviromentmal standards to be satisfied to perform this activity.
