Decree No. 372 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on timber extraction on forest land.

This Decree establishes as follows: (a) criteria for final felling and intermediate felling, minimal and critical transversal section of forest trees and modalities of its determination; (b) maximum dimensions of clear cutting area; (c) the modalities of acknowledgment as non-productive forest species; (d) the modalities of felling of standing timber infected by pests and diseases; (e) the modalities of formation of felling areas; and (f) the modalities of timber extraction in emergency situatio
