Decree No. 370 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on calculation of damages caused to forests.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of damages caused to forests originating from infringement of normative legal acts regulating forestry and forest management. Damages to forest shall be caused in case of damaging or destruction of forest species.
