Abstract

This Regulation defines the procedure for subsidizing cattle-breeding entities that grow and export cattle and cattle hides. Subsidy shall be intended financial assistance provided from the national budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to cattle-breeding entities that grow and export exportable cattle and cattle skins. Cattle-breeding entities shall be intended business entities that perform cattle breeding, sheep breeding and produce sheep and goatskins and leather. Subsidies shall be allocated exclusively to growers of cattle, sheep and goats and direct producers of animal skins and leather. The amount of the subsidy must be specified in the subsidy notification. The Committee maintains the register of subsidized cattle-breeding entities for Development of Silk and Wool Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Subsidies shall be allocated also to cattle-breeding clusters for new construction and reconstruction of shaft and vertical wells and pumping stations for drawing water on pasturelands.
