Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Bulgarian Law on food, here adopts the Ordinance on the requirements for cocoa and chocolate products. The Ordinance shall determines the requirements for the names, composition, characteristics and labelling of cocoa and chocolate products. This text introduces the requirements of Directive 2000/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to cocoa and chocolate products intended for human consumption. The Annex is part of this publication (list of vegetable fats, other than cocoa butter, which may be added to chocolate products, and requirements therefor).
