State geodesy points are state property. Such points are lighthouses, navigational signs and engineered structures, among others. The points have protective zones around them if they are located outdoors where it is banned to build anything that may damage the points, or to place food, fertilizers, materials, hey, stubble, logs, livestock, waste, or start a fire (10 sections).
