Abstract This Decree creates and approves the Statute of the National Institute of Tourism (INATUR). The Statute, consisting of 4 Chapters, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to control and grant authorization for tourism development, and for the exploitation of touristic areas according to the environmental enforced legislation.
