Abstract

This Provisional Regulation applies to land users, including clusters growing cotton raw materials at the expense of the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for agrotechnical measures to increase soil fertility and productivity per hectare of land determines the procedure for allocation of subsidy in the amount of one million soums. The amount of the subsidy allocated from the state budget is calculated on cotton fields where agrotechnical measures are implemented to improve soil fertility and productivity. Applicant for subsidy shall submit the following documentation to the competent public authority: (a) certificate of state registration of a legal entity; (b) a document confirming ownership of a plot of land; (c) a certificate that the land users do not have commercial bank and tax arrears; (d) a certificate that land users are not included in the medium and high level of tax risk; (e) a document confirming ownership of agricultural machinery and aggregates to land users. It is not prohibited to require documents from land users that are not included in the aforesaid list.
