Abstract

This Decree lays down basic veterinary and sanitary requirements in case of the outbreak of respiratory mycoplasmosis of poultry, establishes preventive measures and arrangements, the modalities of trade of poultry products obtained from slaughtering of poultry infected with respiratory mycoplasmosis and it shall be mandatory for all legal and natural persons. Diagnosis of respiratory mycoplasmosis of poultry shall be established in accordance with clinical evidence, pathologicoanatomic changes, epizootological data and the results of laboratory testing. In case of diagnosis of respiratory mycoplasmosis of poultry the following shall be prohibited: (a) transfer of poultry form infected premises; (b) transportation of poultry and eggs to poultry farms free from poultry diseases; (c) trade of hatchable eggs; (d) putting for hatching of eggs from poutry farms that are free from poultry diseases; and (e) trade and use of poultry and embryos for manufacturing of medical and biological preparations.
