Abstract

This Decree approves the Regulation on Maritime Commercial Transport. This Regulation, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Annexes, specifies requirements to be satisfied in order to obtain an authorization (issued by the Director General of INAMAR) to perform any maritime commercial activities (it applies also for passengers and cargo) led by vessels within the waters under the Mozambican jurisdiction. Rights, obligation, fees and sanctions for illegal activity are appended to the text. Annexes lay down the model forms to be filled in order to obtain such an authorization.
