This Decree enters into force 15 days after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes requirements for organization of sanitary protection areas at enterprises, constructions and other sites causing impact on human health and environment. Sanitary protection area shall be considered territory with particular management regime ensuring sufficient safety level of protection of public health against negative chemical, biological and physical impact. Sanitary protection area shall be taken into consideration in the process of land-use planning of urban areas.
