Abstract This Decree of the Minjstry of Agriculture implements the relevant European Union regulations and lays down: a) the method of preparation of crocodiles, their bodies, crocodile meat, organs and other parts of the health examination; (b) veterinary and sanitary requirements for companies dealing with animal products coming from crocodiles and technical conditions of construction, layout and equipment of factories and other facilities; (c) inspection of crocodiles and animal products from crocodiles, assessment and labeling of these products on the basis of their health examination.
