Decree No. 342 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Methodology for developing criteria for assessing the degree of risk from conducting business activities and determining the frequency of planned state supervision measures (control), as well as unified forms of acts, which are made on the basis of planned (unscheduled) measures of state supervision (control).

Entry into force notes
This Decree enters into force one month after the date of its official publication.
Abstract

This Decree establishes the Methodology of the unified approach to the developing by state bodies of the criteria for supervision (control) of risk assessment degree originating from performance of business activities and fixes the frequency of planned state supervision (control) measures. The criteria shall be subject to revision at least once every three years. Annex I contains the list of business activities subject to state supervision (control) for risk assessment in accordance with the established criteria. It includes produce and services having impact on public health and natural environment.
