This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree regulates Forestry Act and specifies the authorized forest uses according to the provisions establishing for the forest sustainable exploitation, and wildlife and environmental preservation. It consists of 11 Parts concerning: Forest use and restrictions, including temporary and permanent protected areas (Part 1); Alternative soil use (2); Residues (3); Mining activity (4); Forest control (5); Special incentives (6); Registration (7); General provisions, including forest licensing (8); Offence and penalties (9); Administrative process (10); Final provisions (11).
