Abstract

This Decree establishes the modalities of prevention and reduction of environmental pollution by amianthus manufacturing and economic use of amianthus waste. Natural and legal persons managing amianthus shall request permit for such activity that contains maximum allowable emission limits. Amianthus operator shall perform amianthus disposal (burial) and shall recycle amianthus waste.
