Natural and legal persons managing amianthus shall request permit for such activity that contains maximum allowable emission limits. Amianthus operator shall perform amianthus disposal (burial) and shall recycle amianthus waste. Limitary emission index for amianthus to the atmospheric air shall be set at 0, 1 milligram for one cubic metre of emitted air. Disposal (burial) of amianthus waste shall be authorized exclusively at waste disposal sites destined for hazardous waste and it shall be packed, treated and covered by the transporter in such a manner as to prevent its leakage to environment.
