Decree No. 33 of the Russian Social Hunting and Fishing Association “ROSOHOTRYBOLOVSOYUZ” validating the Instruction of the issuance of hunting and fishing membership cards.

This Decree establishes that non-commercial non-governmental associations of fishermen and hunters shall issue membership cards granting the right to hunting and fishing to their owners. In case of payment only fishing fee a stamp shall be imprinted bearing inscription “No right to hunting”. Membership cards shall be issued by the primary organization after passing hunting and fishing examination by the applicant. All the issued membership cards shall be recorded in the official register.
