Abstract

This Decree establishes hygienic requirements for processing of infant food at infant milk public catering facilities. Water supply to infant milk public catering facilities and water shall comply with water quality requirements. Disinfection means and detergents for sanitary treatment must be authorized by the Ministry of Public Health. All the processes of acceptance, processing of raw materials, storage of milk, fruit and vegetable mixtures shall be carried out in totally clean environment. Milk for infant food shall be supplied exclusively by the authorized specialized farms and dairy enterprises producing exclusively high quality milk complying with sanitary and veterinary requirements. All infant food products shall be packed for once-only ration. Storage of highly perishable and perishable products without prior refrigeration shall be prohibited.
