It shall be mandatory for all natural and legal persons performing all types of radioactive waste management. This Decree shall serve as guidelines for state bodies operating in the sphere radiation safety. This Decree contains classification of radioactive waste and establishes basic principles of radioactive waste management in the process of collection, storage, transportation, recycling and burial of radioactive waste at the enterprises of nuclear energy sector forming radioactive waste. A separate system shall be elaborated for each single type of radioactive waste.
