This Decree determines the rules of registration and operation. Radioactive substances put on the market must bear a certificate. Entities being proprietors of radioactive substances or having activities relative to them must be authorized. Authorized entities must keep a local register of the radioactive substances in their possession. They must prepare an annual inventory and must report the result of the inventory to the central register. The National Agency shall control the keeping of local registers. Offenders of the rules laid down in this Decree are liable to a penalty. Full text Hungarian
