Abstract This Decree aims at the protection of animal health by specifing the following measures to be taken in case of diseased animals:(a) impounding and dispatching to the nearest veterinary unit; (b) treating, slaughtering or condemning shall be executed at the owners expese;(c) slaughtering or condemning shall be executed after refering the case to the Assistant-Director of Agriculture Veterinary Affairs; and (d) the Body or Department incurring the animal's expenses shall notify with a registered mail the person of the itemized bill to be settled.
