The latest consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 April 2015. Abstract Registration of family farms is the duty of county agricultural offices upon request of the farmer. The Decree determines the requisites which the farmer must meet for being registered and provides rules for the cancellation of farms from the register. Article 9-12 provide general rules regarding the subsidization of family farmers (interest subsidies, tax exemption, revenue exemption, grants), while Articles 13-14 contains special rules on subsidization.
