Abstract

Item 11 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Licensed operators of gas and electric energy distribution systems shall annually, by 1 September, revise and, in case of necessity, elaborate and submit to the Ministry of Economy, proposals related to updating of the list of energy consumers and the modalities of restriction and stopping of electric energy and gas supply thereto”.
