The breeder may appoint other breeding organizations to carry out the testing upon approval of the Institute. The commission of the breeding organization is valid for a fixed period and is renewable. Testing methods should be uniform in order to allow the comparison between results. Detailed rules should be set forth in the Codex of Performance Testing as per the annex of this Decree. The Codex is prepared by a committee convened and governed by the Institute. The Codex should be revised at least once a year.
