Abstract

This Regulation determines the procedure for storage of grain purchased from grain-growing farms and enterprises by the Fund for State Support of Agriculture under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Requirements for grain receiving and storage areas, warehouses and other capacities shall be as follows: (a) the territory of grain storage enterprises shall be fenced; (b) grain storage enterprises shall be equipped with the system of or the outflow of atmospheric and groundwater from the territory of the enterprise to the pipes; (c) disinfection and disinsection shall be regularly performed; (d) grain storage facilities shall be protected against infiltration of groundwater and sewage; (e) ventilation systems must be in continuous operation; and (f) Access to granaries and product warehouses is allowed only to service personnel and persons carrying out control and supervision over stored grain.
