This Decree enters into force on the day of its publication.
Abstract

This Decree, consisting of 7 Chapters, regulates the Institute for Rural Development and Supply on the State of Alagoas (IDERAL). It specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of IDERAL, entitled to: control, manage, carry out inspections, and regulate the supply of agricultural and horticultural products destined to human and animal consumption; control the quality of grains and plant food crops stored in stocks; classify products of plant origin; promote institutional support actions to implement rural activities and income generating activities in order to improve human life conditions; promote and support the growth and marketing of agro-forestry and silvo-pastoralism, fruit culture, floriculture, swine culture and aquaculture; carry our researches, projects and programmes aiming at the production and dissemination of flower, forest and fruit seedlings; promote the generating activities and business in rural areas, promote technological trainings to share experiences within the national and international markets, and promote the creation of rural cooperatives.
