The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 13 November 2013.
Abstract

This Decree shall be applied to activities using the substances listed by the EU regulation concerning substances that deplete the ozone layer and to those using gases falling under the EU regulation on certain fluorinated greenhouse gases. The competent authority for the control of application of provisions related to such products and substances and for the imposition of penalties for offenders, is the territorially competent office of the environmental protection and nature conservation inspectorate. This Decree contains provisions regarding international trade, placing on the market and utilization, recovery of used substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases, storage and leak detection, labelling, reporting, training and qualification, halon gas, and sanctions as well.
