Its purpose shall be to prevent infections diseases and it establishes basic hygienic and sanitary requirements for processing, handling, transport and storage of foodstuffs and alimentary raw materials. This Decree shall be applicable to all public catering organizations and to all foodstuffs and beverages, including special dietary uses. Annexes include calculation standards and rates set for the use of various alimentary components in ready food products and quality evaluation scale.
