This Decree enters into force from the date of its signing.
Abstract

This Decree authorizes withdrawal (catch) of 156 Caspian seals for marking, banding and scientific research with subsequent release into the natural habitat from March 15 to May 15, 2022 and from September 15 to December 1, 2022 on the islands of Durnev and Repair sand islands of Mangistau and Atyrau regions; Aral sturgeon (Acipenser nudiventris) for scientific research in the period from April 1 to October 1, 2022 in the amount of 550 kilograms from the Ili, Karatal, Balkhash lake and Kapshagay reservoir within the Almaty region; and Aral barbel (Barbus brachycephalus brachephalus) for scientific research in the period from March 1 to October 1, 2022 year in the amount of 300 kilograms from the Syrdarya River within the Kyzylorda and Turkestan regions.
