Abstract

Expertise standards set for alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs represents the system of analysis for compliance of the projected technical requirements for alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs with standards ensuring food quality and food safety in the process of manufacturing thereof. The following documentations hall be subject to expertise: 1) projected technical conditions (TC) elaborated by the organizations and individual entrepreneurs; 2) technical conditions (TC) of CIS Member States currently in force regarding the alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs proposed for manufacturing in Belarus. The State Food Quality and Standardization Inspection shall organize the expertise and shall carry it out within twenty days from the date of submittal of the application.
