First entry into force on 11 April 2009. The last consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 1 August 2013.
Abstract

This Decree sets out the provisions for the control and eradication of the Aujeszky’s disease from pig herds, including rules on the establishment of protection and monitoring zones, use of vaccines, tasks of veterinarians and competent authorities, disposal of carcasses, disinfection of premises and classification of singular animals and herds free from the disease.
