Decree No. 3 validating the Regulation on the modalities of writing off areas under agricultural crops and plantations of perennial plants destroyed as a result of natural disasters and adverse conditions.

The purpose of the Regulation shall be to register areas under agricultural crops and plantation of perennial plants that have been destroyed or damaged by the natural disasters, to evaluate the state thereof and to elaborate the proposals as regards the subsequent utilization thereof. The Regulation shall be compulsory for all the agricultural organizations irrespectively of the form of property and peasant farms.
