Decree No. 3 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on industrial fisheries in inland waters.

This Decree establishes the modalities for industrial fisheries in inland waters, except for waterbodies used exclusively for fishfarming and artificial fish breeding. It shall be applicable to waterbodies located within dryland areas from the part of coastal area of the Baltic sea and marine Gulf of Riga.
