This Decree enters into force on 18 July 2016.
Abstract

This Decree establishes requirements for operators for performance of radiation monitoring within sanitary protection area of nuclear power plant. Radiation monitoring represents unified system of organizational and technical arrangements ensuring collection and processing of data sufficient for assessment of nuclear power plant as source of radiation impact upon the population and environment. In order to substantiate radiation monitoring shall be collected meteorological, hydrological and hydrographical data.
