Abstract

This Decree applies to waste incineration and co-incineration plants, to their operator and emissions. Besides general provisions, this Decree contains special rules regarding the authorizion of such plants, provides for air pollutant emissions which limit values are shown in Annexes 3 and 4. Operation of incineration plants is governed by Articles 10-12, while special rules regarding transport and taking over of waste are foreseen by Article 13. Control of emissions, evaluation of measurements and compliance with limist values are also provided for. In case of disorder, the operator shall notify it to the environmental authority whithin 12 hours at the latest. Article 23 provides for the information of the public.
