Entry into force to be decided by Royal Decree (please see article III).
Abstract

This Decree amends the principal Decree by adding a new provision to article 4 on the importance of repopulation of deer and wild boars and consequential balancing of interests of repopulation interests and keeping in check of the population of potentially harmful wild animals. Articles 2 and 3 are amended so as to provide anew for the list of protected animals that cause substantial damage.
