The aforesaid activities can be carried out exclusively by legal persons. The period of validity of licence shall be 5 years. Licensing requirements shall include: (a) observance of legislation in the sphere processing and manufacturing of ethyl alcohol and liquors; (b) availability of certification for the aforesaid activities; (c) availability of qualified personnel; (d) manufacturing of ethyl alcohol and liquors of the projected amount; and (e) observance of licensing terms and conditions and standards.
