Abstract

This Decree establishes maximum allowable limits and approximately allowable limits of concentration of exogenous chemicals in soil determined through calculation. Mandatory condition for validation of approximately allowable limits of concentration of exogenous chemicals in soil shall be availability of the method of chemical control of residue limits of pesticides in soil. It classifies by hazardousness classes chemicals that may have negative impact upon cultivated plants and soil. Indices of maximum allowable limits and approximately allowable limits of concentration of exogenous chemicals in soil are established for dry soil. Annex 1 contains the list of chemicals and authorized concentration limits’ indices.
